Here is my little girl's budget bedroom make over. The goal was to use what we had with minimal work and expense. Although I do list the prices for things I bought over the years, they've been in the room for years. I decided to use the current colors rather than paint the furniture to save on time and money.

Penguin Art: Free. My little girl made it and I framed it with frames I already had.
